Your employment with MOURI Tech begins on your country's official transfer date (1 May for most regions). Where this date falls on a public holiday — your first working day will be the next business day. Welcome kickoff meetings, and day-to-day onboarding activities will take place on that first working day. Your HR contact will confirm and coordinate the exact date with you.

Is this transfer covered under TUPE regulations?
Yes. The Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) applies. Your existing terms and conditions of employment, including pay, benefits, and tenure, are legally protected during and after the transfer. MOURI Tech cannot unilaterally change your terms as a result of the transfer.
What can I expect from MOURI Tech as my employer?

This transfer is carried out under CBA 32bis (Collective Labour Agreement 32bis), which governs the transfer of undertakings in Belgium. This law ensures that all employment rights, obligations, and protections transfer automatically to MOURI Tech.
What happens to my Joint Committee (Paritair Comité/Commission Paritaire) and CBA coverage?
Your current Joint Committee (PC/CP) and any applicable collective labour agreements (CBA) continue to apply exactly as they do today. MOURI Tech is legally required to maintain these conditions, and there is no intention to change or renegotiate your CBA.
What about union representation and works councils (comités d'entreprise)?
Your existing representation rights remain unchanged. If you are covered by a works council or union structure today, that coverage continues after the transfer.

Your existing representation rights remain unchanged. If you are covered by a works council or union structure today, that coverage continues after the transfer.

Your existing representation rights remain unchanged. If you are covered by a Comité Social et Économique (CSE) or union structure today, that coverage continues after the transfer.
What can I expect from MOURI Tech as my employer?

What about works council (Betriebsrat) representation?
Your existing representation rights remain unchanged. If you are covered by a Betriebsrat (works council) or union structure today, that coverage continues after the transfer.
What can I expect from MOURI Tech as my employer?

Is there a probation period after the transfer?
No. Transferring employees are not subject to a new probation period. You will be considered a regular employee of MOURI Tech from Day 1.
Will my current role and responsibilities change?
Your current role, responsibilities, and reporting structure will remain the same. Over time, there may be opportunities for growth and expanded responsibilities within MOURI Tech.
Will my work location change?
No. Your current work location and arrangements (office, hybrid, or remote) will remain unchanged. If you are currently working from a client site, that arrangement will continue as per the existing agreement.
What happens to my current compensation and benefits?
MOURI Tech is committed to honoring your current compensation structure. Your salary will remain at least equal to your current level. Benefits will be transitioned to MOURI Tech's benefits programs, which are competitive and comprehensive. Details will be shared in your offer documentation.
Will my years of service and tenure be recognized?
Yes. MOURI Tech will recognize your prior tenure with Strada Global for the purposes of leave accrual, service awards, and other tenure-based benefits. Specific details will be outlined in your transition documentation.
What IT systems and tools will change?
You will receive a new MOURI Tech email address and access to MOURI Tech's internal systems (HR portal, timesheet, learning platform). Project-specific tools and client-facing systems will remain unchanged.

What is the effective date of the transfer?
The transfer will take effect on 1st May 2026. As this is a paid holiday, most employment-related details will be transitioned from your current employer. All other onboarding formalities will be completed on the next working day, i.e., 4th May 2026.
Who will I report to after the transfer?
Your reporting manager is expected to remain the same initially, ensuring continuity of familiar working relationships. Any structural alignment to MOURI Tech over time will be communicated well in advance.
Will my CTC (Cost to Company) remain the same after the transfer?
Your compensation will be aligned with MOURI Tech's compensation structure, which is competitive and benchmarked to market standards. Our intent is to ensure your overall package is fair, transparent, and reflective of your value to the organization.
What happens to my gratuity entitlement, and will I be eligible from Day 1?
As this is a transfer of employment and not a rehire, your accrued gratuity service will be carried forward into your new employment. You will be covered under the Payment of Gratuity Act from Day 1.
What happens to my Provident Fund (PF) balance?
Your PF account will be transferred to MOURI Tech. Your accumulated balance and UAN number will remain the same. The transfer process will be handled by HR — no action is required from your side.
Will my medical / health insurance coverage continue without interruption?
You will be enrolled under MOURI Tech's group insurance policy from your first day of joining — there will be no gap in coverage.
What are the next steps from here?
You will receive formal communication outlining your personal timelines and required actions — including reviewing your offer, completing documentation, and preparing for onboarding. Your dedicated HR SPOC will be your single point of contact throughout and will ensure you are never left uncertain about the next step.
What happens to my 401(k) and existing retirement savings?
You will be eligible to enroll in MOURI Tech's 401(k) plan from Day 1. Your existing 401(k) from Strada Global can be rolled over to the new plan or remain with your current provider — the choice is yours. Details on the company match will be provided in your benefits enrollment package.
Will my visa or work authorization be affected?
If you are on an employer-sponsored visa (H-1B, L-1, etc.), MOURI Tech's immigration team will manage the transfer process to ensure continuity of your work authorization. You will be contacted individually with specific timelines and required documents.
What legal framework applies to this transfer?
In the United States, this transition is managed through an offer and acceptance of employment, in line with applicable federal and state employment laws. MOURI Tech is committed to ensuring a smooth and fair transition, with a focus on compliance, continuity where applicable, and employee support throughout the process.
Will my employment remain "at-will"?
Yes. Employment with MOURI Tech in the United States will remain at-will, meaning either the employee or the employer may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to applicable laws.

What happens to my current compensation and benefits?
Compensation and base salary will remain unchanged, including bonus eligibility. MOURI Tech benefits will be extended to transitioning employees, and employee premium contributions will remain consistent with current levels for a period of 12 months.
Will my prior service be recognized?
Yes. MOURI Tech intends to recognize your prior continuous service with Strada for specific employment-related purposes, which may include Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual eligibility or tiering, and service-based internal policies or programs. This approach is intended to support continuity and provide a fair transition experience. Please note that recognized service will apply only to designated policies as defined by MOURI Tech, and does not alter the at-will nature of employment or create a contract of continued employment.
How will communication be handled during this period?
We will keep you informed at every step. You will receive clear updates, timelines, and points of contact to ensure transparency throughout the transition.
What about employee rights and protections?
All employees will continue to be protected under applicable U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws, including but not limited to wage and hour laws, anti-discrimination protections, and leave entitlements.

Will my years of service and tenure be recognised?
This transition follows a Resign and Hire process, which means your employment with MOURI Tech will commence fresh from your joining date. Internal policy benefits — such as leave entitlement cycles and eligibility thresholds — will be governed by MOURI Tech's policies from that date. Your overall professional experience remains fully recognised and valued, and will continue to inform your role, seniority, and growth trajectory with us.
Will my insurance coverage continue without a gap?
Yes. You will be covered under MOURI Tech's group insurance policy from your very first day of joining. There will be no gap in coverage. Complete details will be shared during onboarding.
Will there be any impact on my job security?
This transfer/rebadging initiative is specifically designed to ensure continuity and stability. There is no impact on your job security as a result of this transition. In fact, joining MOURI Tech is intended to provide you with greater stability and a wider range of opportunities going forward.
What if I am not satisfied with the offer I receive?
We genuinely encourage you to raise any concerns with HR. Our team will carefully review your feedback and provide clarification or explore options wherever possible. Our goal is for you to feel confident and comfortable with the transition — and your concerns matter to us.
Will my EPF contributions and SOCSO coverage continue without interruption?
Yes. MOURI Tech will continue EPF and SOCSO contributions from Day 1 of the transfer. Your EPF account number remains the same — only the employer contribution source changes. There will be no gap in social security coverage.

Who we are

What data we process

When you use the Message Us form, we collect:

  • Full name and email address
  • Country of employment
  • Question title and description

We do not collect any other personal data through this portal. Your timezone may be read locally by your browser solely to auto-detect your region — this is not transmitted to our servers.

Why we process it (legal basis)

  • Legitimate interest — to respond to your transition-related queries and support a smooth employment transfer
  • Legal obligation — to comply with applicable employment transfer laws in your country (e.g. TUPE, §613a BGB, Article 14 of the Workers' Statute)

Who sees your data

Your query is received by the MOURI Tech HR team responsible for your region. Data is not sold, shared with advertisers, or transferred outside your employment region without a lawful basis.

How long we keep it

Query data is retained for the minimum period necessary to respond to your enquiry and fulfil our legal obligations, in line with applicable data protection laws in your country. Once no longer required, data is securely deleted.

Your rights (EU/UK employees)

Under GDPR and UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Contact globalhr@mouritech.com to exercise these rights.
