No. Transferring employees are not subject to a new probation period. You will be considered a regular employee of MOURI Tech from Day 1.
Will my current role and responsibilities change?
Your current role, responsibilities, and reporting structure will remain the same during the transition. Over time, there may be opportunities for growth and expanded responsibilities within MOURI Tech, but no immediate changes are planned for Day 1.
Will my work location change?
No. Your current work location and arrangements (office, hybrid, or remote) will remain unchanged. If you are currently working from a client site, that arrangement will continue as per the existing agreement.
What happens to my current compensation and benefits?
MOURI Tech is committed to honoring your current compensation structure. Your salary will remain at least equal to your current level. Benefits will be transitioned to MOURI Tech's benefits programs, which are competitive and comprehensive. Details will be shared in your offer documentation.
Will my years of service and tenure be recognized?
Yes. MOURI Tech will recognize your prior tenure with Strada Global for the purposes of leave accrual, service awards, and other tenure-based benefits. Specific details will be outlined in your transition documentation.
What IT systems and tools will change?
You will receive a new MOURI Tech email address and access to MOURI Tech's internal systems (HR portal, timesheet, learning platform). Project-specific tools and client-facing systems will remain unchanged during the initial transition period.

What is the effective date of the transfer?
The transfer will take effect on 1st May 2026. As this is a paid holiday, most employment-related details will be transitioned from your current employer. All other onboarding formalities will be completed on the next working day, i.e., 4th May 2026.
Who will I report to after the transfer?
Your reporting manager is expected to remain the same initially, ensuring continuity of familiar working relationships. Any structural alignment to MOURI Tech over time will be communicated well in advance.
Will my CTC (Cost to Company) remain the same after the transfer?
Your compensation will be aligned with MOURI Tech's compensation structure, which is competitive and benchmarked to market standards. Our intent is to ensure your overall package is fair, transparent, and reflective of your value to the organization.
What happens to my gratuity entitlement, and will I be eligible from Day 1?
As this is a transfer of employment and not a rehire, your accrued gratuity service will be carried forward into your new employment. You will be covered under the Payment of Gratuity Act from Day 1.
What happens to my Provident Fund (PF) balance?
Your PF account will be transferred to MOURI Tech's PF trust. Your accumulated balance and UAN number will remain the same. The transfer process will be handled by HR — no action is required from your side during the transition.
Will my medical / health insurance coverage continue without interruption?
You will be enrolled under MOURI Tech's group insurance policy from your first day of joining — there will be no gap in coverage.
What are the next steps from here?
You will receive formal communication outlining your personal timelines and required actions — including reviewing your offer, completing documentation, and preparing for onboarding. Your dedicated HR SPOC will be your single point of contact throughout and will ensure you are never left uncertain about the next step.
What happens to my 401(k) and existing retirement savings?
You will be eligible to enroll in MOURI Tech's 401(k) plan from Day 1. Your existing 401(k) from Strada Global can be rolled over to the new plan or remain with your current provider — the choice is yours. Details on the company match will be provided in your benefits enrollment package.
Will my visa or work authorization be affected?
If you are on an employer-sponsored visa (H-1B, L-1, etc.), MOURI Tech's immigration team will manage the transfer process to ensure continuity of your work authorization. You will be contacted individually with specific timelines and required documents.
Will my EPF contributions and SOCSO coverage continue without interruption?
Yes. MOURI Tech will continue EPF and SOCSO contributions from Day 1 of the transfer. Your EPF account number remains the same — only the employer contribution source changes. There will be no gap in social security coverage.
